GAIP Integration License

Licensing for making ODA MCP Servers — and the Composition-Level Access they provide — available to the users of a General-Purpose AI Platform.

Available only to Founding, Corporate and Corporate BIM Members,
for the Core SDKs Package and the MCAD, BimRv (Revit) and BimNv (Navisworks) Extensions.

Background

  • General-Purpose AI Platform (GAIP)

An AI assistant or similar service open to the public, not to a defined set of customers.

  • GAIP Public Deployment

Making ODA MCP Servers, or the access they provide, available to the platform’s users generally — including by listing in its directory.

ODA membership terms have never depended on your reach, because your own distribution limited it. GAIP Public Deployment removes that limit in two ways.

  • Your own distribution

    Covered by your ODA membership

    • Who it reaches

      Customers of your application

    • What they get

The fixed features your application chooses to expose

  • GAIP Public Deployment

ODA MCP Servers on a public AI platform

    • Who it reaches

      The platform’s entire user base

    • What they get

The operations themselves, which users combine into apps of their own:

      • reading
      • analysis
      • editing
      • viewing
  • Until now

Combining ODA operations into an application took an SDK license and a programmer.

  • On a GAIP

    Any user can do it.

Under 100 million $150,000 $150,000 $75,000 $75,000
100 – 500 million $450,000 $450,000 $225,000 $225,000
Over 500 million $1,000,000 $1,000,000 $500,000 $500,000

Annual fees, USD. Each row is a fee band. Extension fees are added to the Core fee.

Example: a platform with 300 million monthly active users, licensing Core + BimRv: $450,000 + $225,000 = $675,000 per year.

Determining the band

Who counts

All users of the platform.

Regardless of whether access requires payment, subscription, enrollment or any other condition, and of how many users actually make use of it.

Which number

The highest monthly active user count publicly reported by or on behalf of the platform, across all surfaces where the access is made available.

If no figure is publicly reported, the licensee declares it and ODA may verify the declaration.

When it is set

On the license’s effective date and on each anniversary.

Crossing a band boundary between those dates doesn’t change the fee until the next one.
