#### Support for walk-throughs and complex scene animations

**Scottsdale, AZ: October 12th, 2021** – Open Design Alliance (ODA), provider of complete interoperability for CAD and BIM, announced today new support for animation in its Visualize SDK (Software Development Kit). Visualize is a real-time 3D graphics engine for engineering design data.

The new animation support can apply translation, rotation and scaling to any object in a model. Separate animations can be applied to sub-elements of a complex object, achieving sophisticated animation effects. A new camera object supports walk-through animations for AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction).

“We can now generate walk-throughs for IFC and Autodesk® Revit® models on any device,” said Neil Peterson, ODA President. “Animation effects can also be used in combination with collision detection to create advanced simulations for mechanical assemblies.”
