Founding Membership Application

Benefits

  • Source code license for the Open Design Alliance libraries – all versions, all platforms.
  • Ability to elect a representative to the Open Design Alliance Board of Directors.
  • License to incorporate the Open Design Alliance libraries in products sold and distributed outside of your organization (commercial use).
  • Use of ODA logos on product packaging and marketing materials.
  • Addition of your company's name and logo on the Open Design Alliance web site and in any other promotional materials the ODA develops.
  • Access to the ODA Member Area:
    • Report and track bugs
    • Access to the ODA Support Forum
    • Access to Member Download Area
  • Premium support from the Open Design Alliance technical staff, including direct contact with ODA development.

Application

  • Download the Founding Membership Agreement, complete it, sign it, and send all the pages to the ODA via fax or postal mail.
  • The ODA sends an invoice for your first-year membership fee of US$ 25,000. Thirty days prior to the anniversary date of your membership, you will receive an invoice for your annual membership fee, currently US$ 12,000.  
  • As soon as membership is approved, you will get access to the ODA Member Area.
